Bear Paw’s Annual Report
It is our pleasure to present you with Bear Paw Development Corporation’s Annual Report for 2021. While working smartly and effectively to deliver our professional economic and community development services is important at any time, it was particularly critical last year as we navigated the turbulent waters of the global pandemic.
In our Annual Report, we highlight several important projects for northern Montana that helped our economy expand, assisted entrepreneurs build a business and made our communities more vibrant and economically resilient. All in all, 2021 was a good year for what we were able to accomplish at a time that was challenging for everyone.
During last year we coordinated more than $13.1 million in funding for business start-ups and expansions and community enhancements, including local government infrastructure. We also leveraged $125 from outside sources for every $1 we received from our local government member entities and helped the private sector to create or retain 61 jobs in our rural area of Montana.
All of us at Bear Paw Development thank you for your continued support and for entrusting us to serve the economic and community development needs of our special part of Montana.
We wish you well in 2022 and look forward to working with you well into the future.
