Project: SRC Event Optimization (RCC 2020)
Client: Singapore Refining Company | Sector: Oil + Gas Production | Location: Singapore
Project Description: Optimization efforts on a $30MM turnaround in SE Asia required over 100 hours of sessions yielded over 800 workflow and predictability improvements. We engaged individuals and teams to think differently about how they execute their work. We facilitated dynamic sessions where the vision of an ideal future was transformed into actionable insights that could immediately be implemented. Our ‘best-in-class’ processes engage people, leverage data and use software to improve accountability and readiness.
Outcome: Through engaging and participatory facilitation, we were able to improve the overall schedule by 4 days (which equates to ±3mm USD; ±20:1 ROI on contract price) and more importantly create a more predictable and safer project.
Project: Bapco Modernization Program
Client: The Bahrain Petroleum Company | Sector: Oil + Gas Production + Sales | Location: Manama, Bahrain
Project Description: We partnered with one of the oldest Oil & Gas refineries in the world to design their readiness journey from nascent state to one that was classified as “best-in-class” by two global external auditors. The project was a $USD 7 billion organizational modernization; from processes and technology, to policies and equipment. The success of this project will increase double the size of their facilities, increase production by 40% and reach Environmental targets of becoming 30% more efficient.
Outcome: We were able to cultivate a culture of accountability, communication and transparency – in a place where historically there was little. We impacted not only the organization – but the million+ inhabitants of an entire country.
