As always, this place and it's employees, exceed any expectation i have of your everyday pawn. It is always so organized, clean and the customer service is unmatched. Truly. I never go anywhere else. And remember, this place definitely helps you and you're in a pinch, but they also have some wonderful things if you're ever in need of something or just bored and want to go shopping! I can almost guarantee they'll have what you need and something you didn't know you had to have! Check em' out! You won't be disappointed.
Recently purchased a new in box car stereo, upon getting home I realized the plug for the radio wasn't the right plug for it, returned the same day and was immediately taken care of, replacement was ordered by the shop and given back to me when it arrived, and not just a replacement plug, a whole new stereo. All the staff were great to work with. And to top it off, Mike even dropped it off on his way through town since I live in three forks. Would recommend this place above any of the others
Overall very good pawn shop for the Gallatin valley. In fact, I'd probably say this one is the best in the area. They have diverse selection, the staff are reasonably attentive, and the store itself is pretty clean. I'd say their sticker prices tend to be just a little bit higher than other pawn shops in Bozeman/Belgrade, but that is also just my personal assessment. They also occasionally have a random item with a ridiculous price on it, but that's pretty uncommon. Overall they're good about negotiating, so I'm not too pressed about the occasional weird prices. Check this place out, nowhere else in the county has this kind of selection

Don't tell your customers that if what you buy doesn't work you can bring it back for a small restocking fee...then when try to return the next day because it doesnt work for you , you say you will buy it back for half what they paid for it. Treating all your customers like they are drug addicts when the customer tries to retutn with a receipt dated the day before is another mistake. Don't do business with this store.
