Great experience, Chad was absolutely awesome. I came in looking for a decent R/C car and he immediately greeted me, before I could even see him. I gave him the just of what I was looking for, but told him I needed a little guidance and he was on point! He didn't take me to the most expensive setup from the start, he worked from the base up and helped me make a decision that suits my needs. What a great car, I bought a Rustler 4X4 and man this thing rips through the snow and it was totally within my budget. He even explained what to do in case there were warranty issues and told me that parts outside of warranty were sold in store. Price was reasonable. I'm very impressed with my experience because clearly he knows what good customer service looks like, this is what Radio Shack is supposed to be, I'd highly recommend this place!
We've always been pleased with our Radio Shack store, but today I just have to suggest that you put your closing time on your website or at least tell folks when they call in and tell you they will be by for a product you have in stock, that you close at 5 PM. Thanks, Pat
Have bought a few RC cars, planes, parts from them, went in and asked about pricing on some new slashes (traxxas) was told prices then abruptly left for the next customer, they had 1 customer come in and 2 sales people in store. I had every intention of buying another RC that day to add to my collection, but not from them now. Seriously was it because I am a female?
I purchased an item and was told by the salesperson that I would get a full refund if returned next day. When I brought the item back, unopened the next day(actually 30 hours after the purchase) they said I had to pay a 10% restock fee even though the salesperson told me next day. I refused to pay the restock fee on principle and the staff said I had to come back and talk to the owners. I asked to talk to a manager and they said they didn’t have a manager. Finally someone a grumpy lady came out and said that they would give me a refund. This Radio Shack is tacky and unprofessional and has no interest in customer service. No wonder they are almost always extinct.
I didn't even know Radio Shack was still open. Found them and they worked hard to find me 16 eternity cables that I needed. The staff was super friendly and eager to assist. They have so much cool stuff in there I was amazed. Definitely everyone should stop in ans check out the wide selection of items and say hello to the cutest little puppy by the front door. Will definitely be going back soon. What a great store and amazing employees!!
