3 March 2022
The conference will include presentations, panels, and tours that focus on revitalization, placemaking, safety, and public art in downtown commercial districts. The conference will also include keynotes from Jeff Speck, the author of Walkable City, and Charles Marohn Jr, the author of Strong Towns.
This year, the conference will be hosted by the Downtown Billings Alliance in coordination with the Montana Department of Commerce’s Montana Main Street Program and other partners.
The conference is an opportunity to look at ways to renew, reimagine, and revitalize the spaces and resources available on your Main Street. It is intended for downtown district promoters, downtown district board members, elected officials, city staff and planners, architects and engineers, property owners, business owners, chambers of commerce, and anyone interested in promoting and revitalizing downtowns and Main Streets.
